Training Opportunities: Week of May 6, 2024

Sexual Harassment Prevention, EEO, and ADA Training

The Office of Fair Practice (OFP) is launching mandatory training. Classified, LTC, and seasonal employees may attend these sessions. Linked above is a signup form to select a date for in-person training (for dates through June) for Sexual Harassment and basic Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) training. You will need to fill out the form once for each training you plan to attend. All training will be in person at a location near you.

This training is mandatory for all employees within 6 months of hire and then every 2 years after that. The Training Division is able to let you know if returning seasonal contractual employees need this training this year but we do not have records for classified or long-term contractual employees.

The Training Division will also continue to hold virtual SHP training for seasonal employees only for the next several months.
