Mental Health and Resilience Training! at New Germany State Park
This two-day in-person training led by experts from the Center for Nature Informed Therapy (CNIT) is designed specifically for Maryland Department of Natural Resources personnel who regularly interact with the public and may find themselves responding to individuals in distress. The session focuses on building skills in mental health first aid and nature-based resiliency practices, giving participants practical tools to support visitors, coworkers, and themselves while helping create a safer, more welcoming environment for all.
